Before your first session, you will receive an email that will provide you with a link to the intake paperwork. Prior to your first appointment, it is requested that intake paperwork is completed to ensure adequate time for your initial session.

My primary means for contact is by email/client portal and phone. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by phone message or the client portal. Please contact by phone or email if you need an appointment time outside of the availability on the website calendar.
